Local entrepreneur Kate Battes, wife of jeweller Paul, has launched "Cotswold Business Angel", a company offering tailored administrative support to local businesses.

"Cotswold Business Angel" provides virtual PA activities such as bookkeeping, typing, copy writing, web design, business photography, marketing and data entry for small businesses that do not require  the services of a full-time administrator or assistant.

Based in Gretton, Kate has been a member of the community for over 4 years and brought her experiences to the area in a number of ways.  Prior to creating "Cotswold Business Angel", Kate worked as a Consultant to a Government Department in Cheltenham and also did a short spell organizing Atlantic Rowing Races.... yes, ATLANTIC rowing races.  Alongside the three men who rowed the Atlantic in 2009, Kate has raised over £20,000 for the National Star College and British Heart Foundation.

With over 10 years experience, specializing in communication and business change, Kate is a creative and talented member of the community and runs not only the Cotswold Business angel but is also Director of an online cufflink boutique renowed for showcasing independent jewellery designers.  Kate has also been known to help out at Sudeley Castle and Food Fanatics and is a published photographer.
