Winchcombe

Come along to this traditional ritual at Hailes Fruit Farm.  We will be "waking" the fruit trees with singing, dancing, a wassail king and queen and much cider!  The trees will be honoured for what they provided last year by "toasting" with bread drenched in cider.  An offering to the robin (the guardian of the tree) will be made too.

It starts at 3pm with dancing by Happenstance Border Morris and will end with a torch-lit procession.
