Dance with Parkinson’s & MS Programme

Take part in a fun, creative and energising dance session which is set in a supportive and friendly environment at our Dance with Parkinson’s & MS Programme.

Our session is an inclusive, social and joyful dance class where individuals living with Parkinson’s & MS, their friends, family and carers can collectively immerse themselves in the wonderful world of dance.

Sessions are led by Community Dance Artist, Sarah Hartley.

Sessions run on Mondays, 2 pm to 3:30 pm.

Cost: Participants-£5 per session;  family, friends & carers are welcome to come along and join in for a ‘suggested’ £1 donation.  Refreshments are included.

Abbey Fields Community Centre, Back Lane, Winchcombe, GL54 5HQ

Following the success of her Winchcombe class, Sarah won lottery funding to expand her classes and is now running four classes each week throughout Gloucestershire – in Winchcombe, Moreton in Marsh, Tewkesbury & Cheltenham.  BBC Points West recently visited Sarah Hartley’s Dance with Parkinson’s & MS class in Winchcombe.  Watch this inspiring BBC news footage to hear how our Dance for Parkinson’s and MS classes are helping people living with the conditions.
