A day out in the water gardens of Stanway House,  by kind permission of Earl and Countess of Wemyss and March, Stanway Fete has all the attractions for traditional family fun.

There will be stalls, games, brass band, Morris Men, teas and lots of other attractions.

Saturday, 13 July, entrance £2.00  (children 16 and under free)

Stanway House & Fountain

Stanway House, called by Fodor’s Guide ‘As perfect and pretty a Cotswold Manor House as anyone is likely to see’.

In addition to the house itself, there is a jewel-like gatehouse, a church, and an 18th-century Water Garden – venue for our Fête – with a single-jet fountain which rises to 300ft, making it the tallest fountain in Britain, and the tallest gravity fountain in the world.

Stanway House and Gardens are open on;

Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2pm and 5pm throughout June, July and August.
Stanway House can be accessed from either the B4632 through Stanton or from the  B4077 through Stanway. Free Car Parking
