08 Aug Cleeve Common – Nature Journaling in Wardens’ Wood
Wander through Wardens’ Wood, slow down and draw what we see … not what we think we see
Saturday, 19th October
10:30pm – 12:30pm
Guideded by Amanda Steer
Journalling what we see, not what we think we see, enables us to gain a deeper connection to our surroundings, promoting curiosity and well-being.
In the two hours, we will be walking in Wardens’ Wood with sit stops to draw what we see, smell, hear… Our aim is not to create a masterpiece but to enhance our connection to nature through the medium of drawing.
Suitable for ages 10 years to adult, a lovely activity for you to do alongside your child and suitable for all abilities.
Basic drawing materials are provided – a pad and drawing pen, which you can take home after to hopefully continue your journalling journey – but feel free to bring along coloured pencils / camera if you have them but NOT essential.
- Cost: £13 per person (plus booking fee)
