Whilst the traditional Tourist Information Centre is no longer available, the local retail community have set up a Visitor Information Point at the former TIC location, offering visitors access to information and recommendations.
Whether you have a spare half hour or a week to fill, a stop at Winchcombe Visitor Information Point is the perfect starting place to plan your visit.
The Visitor Information Point is a self service room giving you access to the latest timetables, events and visitor attractions. You can pick up a leaflet or use the QR Code system to access further information.
No longer government funded, this facility is run by the local retailer group who felt it important that there remained a physical hub for information, servicing both the local community and visitors to our heritage rich town.
You can access the Visitor Information Point through The Undercroft at Winchcombe Museum, where you will be able to buy maps and souvenirs and where staff can offer advice and recommendations based on local knowledge.
