The original & classic British Off-Road Endurance Cycling Event

Promoted and organised by Winchcombe Cycling Club and Cheltenham & County Cycling Club. HONC is a Non Competetive on & off-road challenge aimed at experienced riders. It is run under British Cycling Rules & Guidelines & over challenging routes across the hills & valleys of the beautiful Cotswolds, using a combination of roads, tracks & bridleways, with significant off-road sections.
This event, now in its 40th year, will be held at Sudeley Castle, on Sunday, 31st August (gates open at 6:15am).  Start times will be staggered between 7:00am and 8:30am.
Choose the right challenge for you with 50km, 75km, 100km AND 140km routes, using a combination of roads, tracks and bridleways, with significant off-road sections.

The Mini HONC is back!  In partnership with Cheltenham Town Wheelers, aimed at junior riders aged 8 – 16, this is a three-hour enduro event that takes place at the Start point at Sudeley Castle.  Riders take part in teams to complete as many laps of the circuit as possible.  Entry for the mini HONC can be found on the Cheltenham Town Wheelers website.
