A rare chance to hear from the expert who once tended one of London’s most famous gardens

Stephen Crisp talks to Vanessa Berridge about his 37 years as Head of Horticulture for the US Ambassador.
Looking after London’s second largest private garden covering 12 acres on the edge of Regent’s Park, Stephen worked with at least a dozen ambassadors and prepared the gardens for countless VIP events. He was also responsible for horticultural liaison between London and Washington for the extensive oversight, vision, and subsequent management of the landscaping around the new US Embassy at Nine Elms Vauxhall.

This is a rare opportunity to hear from a top gardener with unique insight not only into managing huge gardens but also the role gardens can play in international diplomacy.
