This hands-on workshop celebrates the best of the season’s produce and teach you how to cook, preserve, and prepare for the colder months ahead.
Run by chef Hetty, using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, you’ll learn how to create delicious, heartwarming dishes that highlight the rich flavours of the harvest. We’ll also dive into the art of pickling and preserving, so you can stock your pantry with flavour-packed jars to enjoy throughout winter.
After a morning of cooking and learning, we’ll sit down together to enjoy a beautiful seasonal lunch, paired with a glass of wine, celebrating the joys of simple, wholesome food.
This workshop is all about making the most of nature’s harvest, embracing seasonal eating, and equipping yourself with the skills to create great food all year round.
